01 Lohnextraktion
We also carry out extractions with raw materials provided by the customer. We process all plant raw materials - from flowers and herbs to roots and even wood. From this we obtain tinctures, extract concentrates and extract powders on behalf of the customer - according to the customer's requirements. We also produce batches of all sizes on a subcontract basis. Our extraction and production processes are extremely gentle on the product and guarantee the consistently high quality of your end product.
We carry out product-friendly vacuum evaporation on a contract basis. We can produce fruit juice concentrates, concentrates from dairy products, malting and brewery products and much more with our systems. Since the evaporation takes place in a vacuum, only low temperatures are required - your product is protected as much as possible, which enables the concentration of even sensitive liquid products.
We can carry the concentration up to the dry product.
We carry out analyzes using HPLC-DAD to determine the content of natural substances and active substances in natural raw materials, in intermediate products and end products, such as food supplements. We specialize in secondary plant substances. Our analytical focus is on determining the content of flavonoids and phytohormones, especially phytoestrogens.
We offer natural substance analysis not only as a supplement to our other extraction and concentration services, but also as a separate service.
